Cosby sexual assault case ends in mistrial

The judge in the Bill Cosby sexual assault case declared a mistrial after the jury reported they were still deadlocked as deliberations continued for a sixth day.

Cosby’s chief accuser, Canadian Andrea Constand is thanking prosecutors for taking her case and in a statement and said the trial has given a voice to the many complainants who felt powerless and silenced.

The District Attorney said he vows to retry the case. Scott McClean has the latest outside of the courthouse in Pennsylvania.
