Corrosion issue leads to Jeep recall
There’s a big recall from Chrysler affecting Jeep Liberty models made between July 2003 and July 2005.
Chrysler says the 210,000 vehicles sold across North America are being recalled for potential problems with excessive corrosion, believed to be a result of extended exposure to road salt.
Reports say the problem *can* lead to the driver losing control, but Chrysler says it’s not is not aware of any accidents or injuries related to the issue.
The recall is voluntary.
More than 24,000 Liberty models are affected on this side of the border.
