John Adam Greene, the man accused of sexually assaulting a child at a Hamilton apartment complex made a second court appearance this morning.

There wasn’t as large a police presence during today’s appearance by Greene, 29, as last time he was brought in in a wheelchair by several officers, and acted unruly.

Greene is charged with child abduction and aggravated sexual assault stemming from an incident where a young girl was taken into an apartment, sexually assaulted and then doused in bleach.

Greene also made an appearance on new charges of robbery, flight from police, theft under five thousand dollars and possession under five thousand, in relation to a May 17th incident in Hamilton. He was remanded on those charges as well.

Greene won’t be back in court until June 19th where he’ll appear via video link.
