Car slams in to Burlington home

Police have arrested a 19 year old driver after a car drove into a house in Burlington late last night.

A Ford Taurus left the road and drove across a sidewalk and a front yard, before slamming through the brick wall of a house. The crash happened just after 10pm. Damage to the foundation and walls of the house is so extensive that the vehicle cannot be removed until the structure is stabilized.

Police have charged Mitchell Bolduc, of Burlington with careless driving and being a novice driver with a blood alcohol concentration above zero. Bolduc is scheduled to appear in a Burlington court on December 18th.
