Car hits Ivor Wynne fence

Hamilton police are looking for the driver of a car that crashed into a fence near Ivor Wynne Stadium early Friday morning.

The accident happened at Cannon Street and Melrose Avenue around 2:30am.

When emergency crews got there, they found a 19 year old female passenger.

The driver and other possible passengers had left the scene.

The woman was taken to hospital.

Police are also trying to figure out if the car was stolen.
