Canada’s Niagara Falls expecting a busy summer amid tariffs

Canada and the City of Hamilton got a taste of an all-out trade war over steel Tuesday.
The day began with U.S. President Donald Trump threatening 50-per-cent tariffs on Canadian steel as of Wednesday morning.
That had stock markets tumbling and created fears of tens of thousands of lost jobs but as Premier Doug Ford says, cooler heads prevailed.
Niagara Falls was very busy Tuesday with the sunny weather and march break.
Many people were outside enjoying the falls, some Canadians even chose to stay on this side of the border and cancel their trip down south.
