Caledonia protester due in court today, group says they don’t plan to leave the site

The spokesperson for the group currently occupying the McKenzie Meadows development in Caledonia is expected in court today.
At Skyler Williams’ last court appearance, he was told he can no longer defend himself in court unless he and the others at the site leave.
Williams says because he is not the leader of group, he cannot direct people to leave.
The group says they will not vacate the site, which they have occupied since July 19.
There is a court injunction in place preventing anyone from being on the site.
Today’s hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m.
