‘Bullying Stops Here’ was the theme at the Lawfield Arena in Hamilton this weekend.

April Reimer, the wife of Toronto Maple Leafs goalie James Reimer, spoke to a group kids at the Lawfield arena Saturday morning.

Reimer is a strong anti-bullying advocate.

She was there spreading the “Tweet Sweet” campaign which challenges students to spread positive messages through social media.

Reimer has been public about how she was cyber-bullied through Twitter in the past.

There will be another anti-bullying presentation at three Sunday afternoon.

The Peewee Thunders will wear pink jerseys sporting the ‘bullying stops here’ logo Sunday afternoon when they play the Mountain Blues.
