For the last three years a Burlington man has raised money for various charities by giving people the scare of the lives. While Bizarro’s Haunt just off of Highway 5 in Flamborough is a place people go to for a quick adrenaline rush during the Halloween season, it’s also a place where those living with everyday challenges volunteer to feel ‘normal.’
