Brant County OPP are investigating a serious two-vehicle collision on Highway 403 that happened early Wednesday morning.
The collision took place around 5:30 a.m.
The drivers, a 38-year-old man and a 49-year-old man, were transported to hospital with one driver sustaining life-threatening injuries. Police say that alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
Highway 403 East was closed around Garden Avenue for the day and was reopened after the on-scene investigation and road clean-up finished around 4 p.m.
The OPP is asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage from the area around the time of the collision to contact police at 1-888-310-1122.
