Brampton Financial advisor charged

A former financial adviser is facing multiple charges after a 13-month fraud investigation.

O-P-P reports say Gilles Saucier, 60, from Brampton was operating Gilden Financial Solutions Corporation, Harris Wealth Group and Protector Management.

He was arrested, Thursday, and is facing 17 charges including; seven counts of fraud over five thousand dollars and seven counts of misappropriation of money held under direction.

Saucier is set to appear in court November 17.

Police report he also worked as a financial advisor in Cornwall.
