Bosma murder accused back in Hamilton court

(Updated)
The woman accused of being an accessory in the murder of Tim Bosma appeared in court by video today. This comes just one day before we will find out if she is granted bail.
Christina Noudga appeared briefly through video link today, just as part of procedure. But tomorrow is the big day for her. That’s when a judge will decide if she will be granted bail on charges of being an accessory after the fact in the murder of Tim Bosma.
Noudga is known to have been the girlfriend of Dellen Millard and she was arrested and charged back in April of this year. Last week Judge Thomas Lofchik listened to three days worth of arguments at her bail hearing and has taken all of this week to decide. Today’s appearance was simply put over until after the bail hearing.
Both Dellen Millard and co-accused Mark Smitch were scheduled to appear in court today, but you may recall we broke the story last month that they will go through a direct indictment, which means they will go straight to trial with no preliminary hearings. It is rare for this to happen, but has been done in certain high profile cases like the trial of Paul Bernardo and Michael Rafferty.
Of course we will be here tomorrow for the decision on bail for Christina Noudga at 10am and we will bring you word on the decision just as soon as we have it.
