New details are emerging about Justin Bieber’s arrest last week in Miami Beach.

Police say a urine sample taken from the 19 year old tested positive for marijuana and Xanax. Bieber’s arrest report says the pop star admitted to taking a prescription drug and smoking pot.

Bieber is charged with drunk driving, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license in Miami. Yesterday Bieber’s lawyer pleaded not guilty to the charges.
