Barton St. pharmacy robbery

On March 7, just shortly before 9:30am, Hamilton Police responded to reports of a robbery taking place at a pharmacy located in the area of Barton Street East and Chapple Street.
There were reports of two suspects. One suspect entered the store and approached the pharmacist and began to make demands for narcotics. The other suspect remained outside the store.
The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of fentanyl patches and oxycodone pills. The suspects then fled the store and were last seen leaving on foot.
Prince of Wales Elementary School was notified of the incident and the school was placed in a hold and secure.
The hold and secure was later lifted when it was determined there was no threat to the school.
Hamilton Police are looking for:
Male, white, 5’7″, medium build, wearing a hooded jacket
Male unknown, wearing a hood and long jacket
