Edward Downey 46, charged with 2 counts of first degree murder.

The body of 5 year old Taliyah Leigh Marsman has been located.

On Wednesday police took a 46 year old man into custody, investigators believed he may been involved in Taliyah’s disappearance. Charges are pending against this man for two counts of first degree murder in relation to the deaths of Taliyah and her mother Sara Baillie.

The body of 34 year old Sara Baillie was found inside her basement apartment on Monday evening, an Amber Alert was issued the next day.
