Drivers faced a tough morning commute as a two-vehicle crash on the QEW on the Toronto-bound ramp at Fruitland Road Friday morning briefly closed all lanes.
At around 6:21 a.m., the Ministry of Transportation posted on social media that a crash had led to all the lanes closing while they cleared the scene.
Ontario Provincial Police told CHCH News that the crash involved two passenger vehicles, with non-life threatening injuries reported.
The ministry then posted just after 7:41 a.m. that they opened up at least one lane, before updating later in the morning that the wreck was cleared, despite saying the left shoulder and two left lanes were closed.
