After 120 years in Niagara, Fort Erie Race Track concerned industry is in jeopardy

For 120 years it’s been an anchor of summer tourism in Niagara and a pillar of the local economy but Fort Erie Race Track is concerned if a new long term funding agreement is not signed soon, it will put the industry in jeopardy. Fort Erie Race Track officials say it’s future is hanging on by thread. They have the funds to keep the lights on but not for very long if a new deal for the Ontario racing industry is not reached soon.
