55-year-old man arrested following sex assault of teen in Stoney Creek park

Hamilton police have arrested a 55-year-old man from Hamilton involved with the sexual assault of a teenager in Battlefield Park in April.
Officers say a man had approached a 17-year-old at around 2 p.m. April 3, on the walking trail south of the park located at 77 King St. West.
Investigators say the man had allegedly approached and sexually assaulted the teen.
55-year-old Steven Shively is facing one charge of sexual assault.
