4 Royal Canadian Air Force aircraft visit Mohawk College’s aviation students
Mohawk College’s aviation students had the opportunity to interact with Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) aircraft Monday morning.
RCAF says the visit aims to attract new Canadian Armed Forces members to aviation technical trades.
This is specific to jobs like avionics systems technicians, aircraft structures technicians and aviation systems technicians.

Students had the opportunity to see and learn about the aircraft up close and speak with Royal Canadian Air Force air crew and technicians.
Students also learned about the Non-Commissioned Member Subsidized Training and Education Plan (NCMSTEP).
NCMSTEP offers full-time paid training or education at Canadian post-secondary institutions for authorized courses related to military occupations.
