26-year-old man charged in connection with a stabbing in Milton

Police have arrested and charged one person in connection with a stabbing that occurred in Milton on July 2.

The Halton Regional Police say they were called to the Ivy Arms restaurant on Main St. for a reported stabbing. They say a victim was stabbed during an altercation and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect then fled the scene before emergency responders arrived.

On Monday investigators arrested 26-year-old Joshua Hudson of Milton. Hudson faces charges for possession of a weapon, assault with a weapon and two counts of breach and recognizance.
