10K worth of duck decoys allegedly stolen from Port Rowan property

Norfolk OPP are asking for the public’s help in finding 12 stolen decoy ducks and the people or person who is responsible for stealing them.
The decoy ducks are hand-carved by the Reeves Family and the 12 ducks are worth around $10,000.
Officers responded to a theft on Ellis Street in Port Rowan just before 7:00 a.m. on Aug. 14.
Investigators discovered that one or more people entered the property, broke into a vehicle and stole a tote bin containing the ducks.

The OPP is advising residents to lock their vehicles and to remove valuables.
Anyone with relevant information is urged to contact the Norfolk County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
People who wish to remain anonymous, can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or leave an anonymous online tip where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
