A Norfolk teen is facing weapons charges after a mischief investigation, say Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
On Saturday, OPP responded to reports of property damage to a home on South Street in Walsingham.
Investigators determined two people were involved in an interaction inside. During that interaction, one person used an edged weapon to cause damage to the house.
As a result of their investigation, police have charged a 15-year-old Norfolk County resident with possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes and mischief under $5,000.
The accused is set to appear in court in Simcoe.
