Caledonia man, 25, killed in crash on Lincoln Alexander Parkway

A 25-year-old Caledonia man has been identified as the victim in the deadly crash on the Lincoln Alexander Parkway (Linc) Wednesday night.

Michael Sholer was pronounced dead on scene after his vehicle crossed the grass median and collided with a large commercial truck.

The 43-year-old driver of the truck had to be cut out of his vehicle and was transported to hospital.

Several lanes of traffic were closed on the Red Hill Valley Parkway and the Linc as police investigated the collision but all have since been reopened.
