Brock students find alarming amounts of plastic at St. Catharines beach

Brock University says Lake Ontario may have a big problem with plastic.

That’s after a geography team assessed the shores in the St. Catharines area and un-earthed thousands of micro-plastics in the sand.

As Jason Gaidola explains, the findings are prompting the students to keep digging.
