The Hamilton-Burlington SPCA has declared the case of Tiger closed. He’s the Portugese Fila who was left outside in bitterly cold weather, enraging CHCH News viewers.

The dog, who was returned to its owner yesterday, was inspected by the agency this morning. The SPCA says Tiger is in good condition, and his current shelter is heated, insulated, and includes blankets, a dog bed, food and water.

The agency was under heavy criticism for the way it dealt with the case.
