More than 800 people are expected to get muddy Saturday in support of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

Organizers were putting the final touches to the Muck MS Canada obstacle course, on Fruitland Rd in Stoney Creek. Truckloads of water were used to make the field as slippery and muddy as possible. There are four events taking place across Canada and organizers are hoping to raise $100,000.

Scott McMillan told CHCH News “the course is 15 obstacles of 5 km, with the range going from crawling through mud, to crawling up the hell hole; going through a range of obstacles. We will have the drill sergeants will help motivate you get through the course as well.”

Participants can also register in person on the day of the race.
