One dead in Niagara Falls apartment fire

One person is dead following an apartment fire in Niagara Falls.

Crews were called to the Buckley Towers building on Buckley Avenue near Victoria Avenue and Simcoe Street just before 2:30 a.m. Flames were coming from a 15th floor apartment.

A body was found inside.  The Ontario Fire Marshal’s office has been notified.
