Mark Smich is on the stand now telling the jury what he did May 6-7 2013.

The Tim Bosma murder trial resumes tomorrow with one of his accused killers ready to call evidence. But whether Mark Smich plans to actually testify isn’t known yet. We do know that his co-accused Dellen Millard will not. In fact, Millard’s lawyers aren’t presenting any evidence at all.

Lisa Hepfner has been covering the trial ever since it began 14 weeks ago and looks back at the crown’s case that began with two strangers walking down Tim Bosma’s driveway, shortly after 9pm on May 6th, 2013.
