One of Hamilton’s first apartment buildings is coming back to life

Located on Bold Street, it’s one of Hamilton’s first apartment buildings.

But a boiler room fire in 2014 displaced nearly 30 residents and almost ruined the Pasadena for good.

6 years, two owners and a lot of money later, the building has come back to life.
