Hamilton Public Library (HPL) says public Wi-Fi has been restored following a network-wide power and system outage caused by city maintenance.

The library says public computers, printers, HPL App and self-checkouts are also now up and running.

The library informed the public of the outage at around 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

It said there were no computers, printers, Wi-Fi, HPL App or self-checkouts available as a result.

While Wi-Fi and services are now back online, HPL branches remain open for regular service.
