An agreement to find peace yielded no results between the Trump administration and Iran. On Monday, the 60-day memorandum of understanding between both warring nations expired following ongoing disagreements regarding issues like Iran’s nuclear program and trade operations in the Strait of Hormuz. U.S. President Donald Trump expressed no desire to extend the memorandum with Iran. He was then asked about a comment he made last week, regarding him wanting to make the Strait of Hormuz a U.S. territory.
