Hamilton police are asking locals to help identify someone they say is connected to a hate-related incident at a business on Adair Avenue South in June.

Officers say on June 13, between 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., an unknown individual was seen at 51 Adair Ave. South, allegedly placing stickers containing neo-Nazi and anti-Black imagery on the property.

Investigators are asking for help identifying the person and released a picture of the person in question.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Hamilton police Det. Const. Steve Mburanumwe at 905-546-5511.

Tips can also be provided anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, or by going to the Crime Stoppers Hamilton’s website.
