Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police are asking for public help finding a missing 14-year-old girl who was last seen Wednesday.

Officers are looking for Trinity Cardy, who they describe as a five-foot-six tall girl with an athletic build, long-dirty blonde hair and light freckles on her nose.

They say she was last seen near Ardglen Drive and Sharon Court in Brampton, and may be wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and black shoes.

Haldimand County OPP Const. Tyler Loney told CHCH News that Cardy is not a resident from Haldimand County, but rather she is believed to be in the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations area.

Police say her family and friends are concerned for her well-being.
