OPP seek wanted man known to frequent Greater Toronto Area, Manitoba

Ontario Provincial Police are asking residents to be on the lookout for 42-year-old Joshua Turner, who has a Canada-wide warrant out for their arrest.

Officers say they Turner is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area, Brampton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Kingston, and to the Cities of Winnipeg, and Portage La Prairie in Manitoba.

The OPP describe Turner as a caucasian man, weighing around 150 lbs and is around five-foot-ten tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.

They say he has a “cross” on his left upper arm, a large unknown tattoo on his right forearm, the words “thug life” scratched into his chest, the word “crips” scratched into his left hand and a one-inch burn scar on his left forearm.

Turner is serving a one year, three months and 16-day sentence for breaching a long-term supervision order and is currently in breach of their statutory release.
