Overnight closure set for Niagara-bound Burlington Skyway Sunday

Niagara-bound lanes of the Burlington Skyway are expected to fully close overnight Sunday for line painting and staging.

The closure will begin Sunday at 11:59 p.m., with lanes expected to reopen Monday at 5 a.m.

All lanes approaching the bridge and on it will be closed along with the ramp from the Niagara-bound Eastport Drive collector to the Skyway bridge.

Niagara-bound Eastport Drive collector lanes and Niagara-bound Eastport Drive will remain open as an alternate or detour route.

All ramps at Northshore Boulevard will remain open during this overnight full closure.
