Trump fires Pam Bondi as U.S. attorney general

VIDEO: Pam Bondi has been fired from her role as the United States Attorney General. President Trump broke the news earlier Thursday in a post on his social media platform Truth Social in which he praised her for her work in cracking down on crime and making the country safer. Despite all the credit Trump is giving her, many others see this differently. Bondi has been the face of the administration when it comes to the Epstein files and her handling of that situation has been highly criticized by both Democrats and Republicans, something many are attributing to her sudden departure.
