The dates have not been announced just yet.
The trip is to mark the 250th anniversary of American independence — the semiquincentennial.
It comes despite criticism of U.S. President Donald Trump’s comments on Britain not helping in the war in Iran.
The visit is seen as an effort to maintain ties between the United Kingdom and the United States.
This will be Charles’ first visit to the U.S. since becoming king.
