Peel police are investigating after five pedestrians were struck in a multi-vehicle crash at Pearson International Airport this morning.
Officers say the crash involving six vehicles happened just before 7 a.m. at Terminal 3.
In a post on X, authorities say a medical episode might have occurred.

They add that the pedestrians had minor injuries, but three were taken to hospital. All drivers remained on scene and the area has since been cleared.
