Investigation underway after fire at former Hush Nightclub in Hamilton

The Hamilton Fire Department is investigating a fire at the former Hush Nightclub on Hess Street South.

Firefighters say they responded to the fire at around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday night and were able to put out the fire “before it could spread throughout the property and cause significant damage.”

No one was in the building at the time and there is currently no estimate for the cost of the damage.
