The countdown to a U.S. government shutdown is winding down unless Republican and Democrat lawmakers can settle their differences and reach an agreement on a spending bill.

U.S. federal agencies say contingencies are in place if funding isn’t in place by midnight Tuesday, marking the first shut down in seven years.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Trump appears to prepare for another war he believes is brewing within America. This following a Trump administration address to military leaders on Tuesday.

Trump was also back at it again with Canada, he revived his position on saying Canada should become the 51st state when speaking about building an air defense system he calls the “golden dome”.
