VIDEO: Advocates and a local lawmaker are expressing outrage Thursday after the deaths of another beluga whale and a harbour seal at the Marineland theme park. But the details of those deaths are scarce as the park itself did not respond to questions from CHCH News, and the ministry of the solicitor general – who is responsible for enforcing animal protection laws – offered only minimal information.
