Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 14-year-old girl who was last seen in Welland, Ont.

Officers say 14-year-old Miley Cordeiro was last seen on Aug. 27 and that she has known ties to Caledonia, Ont.

Cordeiro is described as white, 5 feet tall with a slender build, long brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, cargo style sweatpants, a black adidas backpack and black shoes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Miley Cordeiro is asked to call the Niagara Regional Police Service at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009703.

Members of the community who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
