The Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) says the weekend closure of the Burlington Skyway and Niagara-bound QEW that was scheduled for Friday, June 20 to Monday, June 23 has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the forecast.

Previously, the MTO planned to close all ramps from the Eastport Drive Collector to the Skyway Bridge, along with two lanes on the Niagara-bound QEW over the weekend.

No information has been released on when the closure will be rescheduled.
