Hamilton’s Lincoln Alexander Parkway is scheduled to be fully closed for three days starting early Friday morning.

Beginning Friday, May 23 at 8 a.m., the eastbound lanes from Golf Links Road to the Upper Red Hill Valley Parkway off-ramp will be closed.

The westbound lanes from the Red Hill Valley Parkway to Mohawk Road will be blocked off starting at 10 a.m., the same Friday.

Drivers can detour on Mohawk Road and Stone Church Road.

Work dates can change depending on the weather.

The city says the maintenance work taking place will include bridge and signage repairs, spot resurfacing and asphalt repairs, graffiti removal, vegetation maintenance and the milling and paving of sections of the roads.
