Hamilton-Burlington SPCA hosts reunion party

First Published:

The Hamilton Burlington SPCA hosted a special party today.

Winnie arrived at the SPCA back in February of last year. She was positive for heartworms and was underweight and had half a dozen six-week-old puppies in tow.

After putting on a few pounds, she found a loving home in May, as did her young pups. Today, the family was brought back together, as the puppies celebrate their first year.

Today’s birthday reunion was also a chance for the SPCA to collect donations. since these dogs have loving homes, people brought in supplies like paper towels, toys and treats in lieu of birthday gifts.
