Deadly earthquake hits Turkey

At least 138 people are dead 350 injured after an earthquake in Turkey, the country’s prime minister says.

The earthquake struck Sunday in Turkey’s eastern Van province, which borders Iran.

There were also several aftershocks reported to be as strong as 5.5 on the Richter Scale.

People searched the rubble with their bare hands hoping to find survivors.
