Ontario reports 164 new cases of COVID-19, 9 deaths
Ontario is reporting 164 new cases of COVID-19 and nine additional deaths.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says Tuesday’s numbers include 80 cases from 2020 from Toronto Public Health. She says the cases were discovered during a “data review and clean-up.” Those cases bring today’s total to 244.
Elliott says there are 32 new cases in Toronto, 26 in Peel Region, 25 in the Region of Waterloo, 13 in York Region and 10 in Grey Bruce.
Ontario is reporting 164 new cases of #COVID19 and nearly 28,800 tests completed.
Due to a data review and clean-up, Toronto Public Health is reporting 80 cases from 2020, bringing today’s total to 244 cases.
