The Town of West Lincoln has joined all other municipalities in Niagara in raising the Pride Flag.

The flag was raised at the West Lincoln Community Centre on June 1.

“We value being able to live in such a warm, caring and inclusive community,” said a statement from the town.

“It is our sincere hope that all who reside or visit here will feel welcomed, supported and valued.”

The town put up the Pride flag in 2020 but it took a special council meeting and a strong show of support from the community.
