Injury at Yorkdale Mall

A man in his 40s is in hospital with serious injuries after a piece of concrete fell on him while he was working on a platform at Yorkdale mall.

Police say he fell 30 feet while doing some renovations on the mall’s parking garage.

The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate the incident.
