Hamilton man charged by Halton police

A Hamilton man has been charged with criminal harassment.

This comes after a Halton police investigation into numerous incidents, where a man approached women throughout Burlington, and struck up conversations at a variety of locations like restaurants, hair salons and gas stations.

The women involved were concerned, and in many cases, contacted police.

49 year old Tibor Varga from Hamilton is now facing charges.
